Final Stretch

After an all day applied i-cord marathon yesterday, the body of my Ravelympics cardigan is DONE.

The i-cord was the reason I had to do the button bands before the sleeves; since the bands are just a continuation of the i-cord bind off at the bottom hem (and the i-cord around the collar, as well), I didn’t want to have to break the yarn in the middle of it. Fortunately I was able to get it done because I went out to the local sewing shop yesterday and found these:

So now all I’ve got left are the sleeves, and four whole days to do them in! How are the rest of you doing?
